Understand how Circa billing works, where to find your account information, and payment options

Billing

Circa offers an annual Subscription based on the number of Team Members in your Workspace.

Note that Event Staff are not counted against your Subscription Team Member limit. Learn more about Workspace roles and permissions here.

You Subscription information, including renewal date and current count of Team Members can be found in the Workspace > Billing menu.


Payment Options

Payments under $10,000 must be made by Credit Card.

Payments above $10,000 may be made via ACH/Wire or Credit Card.

Circa does not accept mailed checks under any circumstance.

Please consult your signed Order Form, Master Service Agreement or our standard Terms of Service for additional payment instructions and terms.
