How do I set up the field mapping between Circa and Salesforce CRM?

Circa allows you to map your Event, Lead & Contact and Meeting data directly with Salesforce

From within Org Reports & Settings > Integrations > Salesforce, there are four different settings which allow you to define the field mapping options for your Circa and Salesforce sync.

Event Sync - Field Mapping

Event Info Sync is required to sync Events in Circa with Campaigns in Salesforce. During the field-mapping process, you will map Circa Basic Event Info fields directly to campaign fields within Salesforce.

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Company

When Contacts Sync is enabled and an Event is connected to a Salesforce Campaign, the synced Leads and Contacts in Salesforce will become Campaign Members. This is a crucial link in tracking Event ROI.
